Medical clearance is required for clients who are currently receiving chemotherapy/radiation or any clients with kidney disease or congestive heart failure. Please have your specialty physician email the medical clearance form to sevyndripmedspa@gmail.com.

Late Policy: Please notify us if you will be late to your appointment. After 20 mins your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booked appointment.

Cancellations after the 24-hour period and no shows will result in a 50% charge of the total amount of the booked service (or 100% charge of the the total amount if a shot was booked).
